NEW Additional Cleaning Procedures

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we’ve implemented additional cleaning procedures recommended by the CDC. like allowing one day between guests, ventilating the place before cleaning, disinfecting every surface after cleaning, and leaving an alcohol spray for you to use.

The apartment and the building are not Smoke-Free: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment and the building. (A fine will be charged if caught smoking in any part of the building)

PARKING:

2-Ways to Park.
1- Street parking at an hourly rate of $3.00 (can be paid on the machines in the street or download App)
2- A Public parking Garage located 6 blocks away from the Apt on Sheridan Ave and 41^st,  has a rate of $1.00/hr, or a Max Daily Rate is $8.00 for more info check out the Miami Beach City Website.

Should you decide to leave the car at home, there is a Free trolley as well as buses that stop across the street and if you enjoy biking you can rent bikes per hour on Deco Bike that is just a block away. And of course, you can Uber/Lyft everywhere.

Transport from the airport:

From Miami International Airport you can take the Airport Flyer for only $ 2.35, it stops at Indian Creek, around the corner from the apartment.

From MIA the taxi charges a flat fee of $ 32 plus tips and Uber is usually around $20.-

Guest access

Guests will be informed about how to access the apartment through a welcome message a couple of days before their trip. Guests can contact me by message, WhatsApp, and by phone if necessary.

Other things to note

The apartment and the building Smoke-Free: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment and the building.
For your convenience, you can park for $ 8 per day at 4166 Royal Palm Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140 ( very close to the apartment)
Should you decide to leave the car at home, buses and taxi are across the street and if you enjoy biking, Deco Bike is just a few blocks
away.

Just like most places in Miami Beach there no parking at the building. However, the building is very close to a city garage. Which is very affordable and provides 24 hrs day security.

1st on the street at an hourly rate of $3.00, or beach access parking at $2.00.

Clean Fully Furnished w/ comfortable Memory Foam Queen Size Bed, High Definition Cable TV w/ On-Demand Programming, High-Speed Wireless Internet. Fully Functional Kitchenette w/ Gas Stove, Brand new sink, Refrigerator, Dinnerware, and Utensils. The Studio is thoroughly cleaned after each guest’s departure being reequipped with fresh bed linens, towels, soaps, and bathroom Toilet Tissue. A hairdryer and both Iron/Iron board are provided.
