Enjoy your stay in Miami Beach in an original Art Deco building. It is located in the famous Faena District, just one block away from the beach. It has been nicely decorated in a BEACH CHIC style! Very Miami!!!
You’ll have everything you need to have a perfect vacation or getaway! You have everything to have breakfast or even cook your meals if you want to. The room has a very comfortable queen bed and a roller bed. It has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, coffeemaker, toaster, plates, silverware, and pans. It also has a dining table, WIFI, 43” flat-screen TV, cable, Beach towels, and 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
The apartment is 10 mins drive to south beach. The airport is 10-12 mins away. There is no need to get a car, you can Uber, rent a city bike (2 blocks away) or even take the free trolley to South beach, which stops only a block away. But if you decide to get a car (not recommended), there is street parking available or a garage 2 blocks away.
PLEASE: if you are going to need the roller bed, let us know in advance at the moment of making the reservation.
NEW Additional Cleaning Procedures
For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we’ve implemented additional cleaning procedures recommended by the CDC. like allowing one day between guests, ventilating the place before cleaning, disinfecting every surface after cleaning, and leaving an alcohol spray for you to use.

PARKING:
2-Ways to Park:
1- Street parking at an hourly rate of $3.00 (can be paid on the machines in the street or download App)
2- A Public parking Garage located 6 blocks away from the Apt on Sheridan Ave and 41st, has a rate of $1.00/hr or a Max Daily Rate is $8.00 for more info check out the Miami Beach City Website.
Should you decide to leave the car at home, there is a Free trolley as well as buses that stop across the street and if you enjoy biking you can rent bikes per hour on Deco Bike that is just a block away. And of course, you can Uber/Lyft everywhere.
Transport from the airport:
From Miami International Airport you can take the Airport Flyer for only $ 2.35, it stops at Indian Creek, around the corner from the apartment.
From MIA an Uber costs $20 approx and a taxi charges a flat fee of $ 32 plus tips.
Guest access:
Guests will be informed about how to access the apartment through a welcome message a couple of days before their trip. Guests can contact me by message, WhatsApp and by phone if necessary.

- OUR HOUSE RULES We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories and enjoy their stay in our apartment. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation! - Please take care of everything in the apartment. We put it together thinking of our guests having everything they need to have a great stay. - This is s smoke-free apartment and building, therefore there shall not be smoking inside the studio or the building. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. A fine will be applied by the Management company if detected smoking within the building. - Please only throw toilette paper in the toilette. Other things will clog it. An extra cleaning fee may apply if the toilette is left clogged. - Please do not stain towels or sheets. Extra fees may apply if they need to be replaced. - Please wash your dishes after use. - Please be a nice neighbor, keep your conversations and music at a level that doesn’t disturb others. - No loud noises after 10 pm -No sleeping, lounging or partying in the lobby. -Trash: do NOT leave trash outside the door or in the laundry room bins (doing so will result in a $100 fine). Trash should be thrown in the garbage bin located in the bin behind the building (there is a back door on the ground level besides the stairs) - PARKING: there is NO parking on the premises. There is paid street parking, a paid public parking lot 2 blocks away and a paid parking garage 5 blocks away (on Sheridan Ave and 41st). - Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. Please respect Check-in/out times (unless a special request has been approved) Check-in time: 3 PM Check out time: 11 AM CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: Please, at check-out, put aside all the dirty laundry so that cleaning lady will know what needs to be washed, kindly throw away the trash to the garbage bin located to the exit of the building to the left. Great location and nice place

Clean and bright. The building has lot’s of character and charm. The nearby beach is one of the nicest on the coast. City buses at your doorstep is super handy

Our stay at Luciana’s was perfect. Two short blocks from the beach, close to some restaurants and a Walgreens. Unfortunately the boardwalk was being worked on while we were there in February, so we had to walk up a couple extra blocks to get on the beach. The building was peaceful and quiet, and the elevator was old-school but totally fine. And the shower in the bathroom is a bit snug. But overall this place is a great value for a beach getaway and Luciana was great.
