Disfruta tu estadia en Miami Beach en un departamento Art Deco Original. Se encuentra ubicado en el famoso distrito Faena, a una cuadra de la playa. Se encuentra agradablemente decorado con un estilo BEACH CHIC! Muy Miami!!!
Tendrás todo lo que necesites para tener unas vacaciones o escapada perfectas! Tendrás todo para desayunar o cocinar si asi lo deseas. el cuarto posee una cama queen muy cómoda y una cama roller extra. Posee una pequeña kitchenette con refrigerador, microondas, hornalla eléctrica, cafetera, tostadora, platos, cubiertos, y sartenes. también posee una mesa, WIFI, Tv de 43″, cable, toallas de playa, 2 reposeras y una sombrilla.
El departamento esta a 10 minutos en auto de south beach. El aeropuerto esta a 10-12 minutos de distancia. No hay necesidad de tener un auto, puedes manejarte en Uber, alquilar una bicicleta (a 2 cuadras) o inclusive tomar el “Trolley” hacia south beach, que es gratis, y frena a una cuadra. Pero si decides tener un auto (no lo recomendamos) hay un estacionamiento en la calle disponible o un garage a 2 cuadras.
POR FAVOR: si necesitas la cama extra, avísanos con anticipación en el momento de realizar la reserva.
NUEVOS procedimientos de limpieza adicionales
Por la seguridad y tranquilidad de todos, hemos implementado procedimientos de limpieza adicionales recomendados por el CDC. como separar un día entre huéspedes, ventilar el lugar antes de limpiar, desinfectar cada superficie después de limpiar, y dejar un alcohol en aerosol para su uso.
Si necesitas lugar para mas huéspedes, avísanos ya que poseemos otro departamento en el mismo edificio.

ESTACIONAMIENTO:
2 Maneras para estacionar:
1- estacionamiento en la calle a un costo de $3.00 la hora (puedes pagarlo en las maquinas en la calle o bajar la aplicación)
2- un estacionamiento publico a 6 cuadras del departamento sobre Sheridan Ave y la 41st, posee una tarifa de $1.00/hr o un máximo de $8.00 la estadía, para mas información revisa la página web de la ciudad de Miami Beach
Si decides dejar el auto en la casa, hay un “Trolley” gratis, y autobuses que paran al otro lado de la calle, y si disfrutas andando en bicicleta se pueden alquilar por hora en Deco Bike a una cuadra del departamento. También por supuesto puedes conseguir Uber por todos lados.
TRANSPORTE DESDE EL AEROPUERTO:
Desde el Aeropuerto Internacional de Miami puedes tomar el Airport Flyer por solo $2,35 , que frena en Indian Creek a la vuelta del departamento
Desde MIA un Uber cuesta $20 aproximadamente, y un taxi cobra una tarifa fija de $32, más propinas.

- OUR HOUSE RULES We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories and enjoy their stay in our apartment. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation! - Please take care of everything in the apartment. We put it together thinking of our guests having everything they need to have a great stay. - This is s smoke-free apartment and building, therefore there shall not be smoking inside the studio or the building. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. A fine will be applied by the Management company if detected smoking within the building. - Please only throw toilette paper in the toilette. Other things will clog it. An extra cleaning fee may apply if the toilette is left clogged. - Please do not stain towels or sheets. Extra fees may apply if they need to be replaced. - Please wash your dishes after use. - Please be a nice neighbor, keep your conversations and music at a level that doesn’t disturb others. - No loud noises after 10 pm -No sleeping, lounging or partying in the lobby. -Trash: do NOT leave trash outside the door or in the laundry room bins (doing so will result in a $100 fine). Trash should be thrown in the garbage bin located in the bin behind the building (there is a back door on the ground level besides the stairs) - PARKING: there is NO parking on the premises. There is paid street parking, a paid public parking lot 2 blocks away and a paid parking garage 5 blocks away (on Sheridan Ave and 41st). - Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. Please respect Check-in/out times (unless a special request has been approved) Check-in time: 3 PM Check out time: 11 AM CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: Please, at check-out, put aside all the dirty laundry so that cleaning lady will know what needs to be washed, kindly throw away the trash to the garbage bin located to the exit of the building to the left. Great location and nice place

Clean and bright. The building has lot’s of character and charm. The nearby beach is one of the nicest on the coast. City buses at your doorstep is super handy

Our stay at Luciana’s was perfect. Two short blocks from the beach, close to some restaurants and a Walgreens. Unfortunately the boardwalk was being worked on while we were there in February, so we had to walk up a couple extra blocks to get on the beach. The building was peaceful and quiet, and the elevator was old-school but totally fine. And the shower in the bathroom is a bit snug. But overall this place is a great value for a beach getaway and Luciana was great.
