Enjoy your stay in Miami Beach in an original Art Deco building. It is located in the famous Faena District, just one block away from the beach.  It has been nicely decorated in a BEACH CHIC style! Very Miami!!!

You’ll have everything you need to have a perfect vacation or getaway! You have everything to prepare breakfast or even cook your meals if you want to. The room has a very comfortable queen bed. It has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, coffeemaker, toaster, plates, silverware, and pans. Note: the room doesn’t have a kitchen sink, so plates need to be washed in the bathroom sink.

It also has a working desk, WIFI, 43” flat-screen TV, cable, Beach towels, and 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

NEW Additional Cleaning Procedures

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we’ve implemented additional cleaning procedures recommended by the CDC. like allowing one day between guests, ventilating the place before cleaning, disinfecting every surface after cleaning, and leaving an alcohol spray for you to use.

The apartment is 10 mins drive to south beach. The airport is 15 min away. There is no need to get a car, you can Uber, rent a city bike (2 blocks away) or even take the free trolley to South beach, which stops only a block away. But if you decide to get a car (not recommended), there is street parking available or a garage 5 blocks away.

PARKING:

2-Ways to Park.
1- Street parking at an hourly rate of $3.00 (can be paid on the machines in the street or download App Parkmobile)
2- A Public parking Garage located 5 blocks away from the Apt on Sheridan Ave and 41^st,  has a rate of $1.00/hr or a Max Daily Rate is $8.00 for more info check out the Miami Beach City Website.

Should you decide to leave the car at home, there is a Free trolley as well as buses that stop across the street and if you enjoy biking you can rent bikes per hour on Deco Bike that is just a block away. And of course, you can Uber/Lyft everywhere.

Transport from the airport:

From Miami International Airport you can take the Airport Flyer for only $ 2.35, it stops at Indian Creek, around the corner from the apartment.

From MIA and Uber costs $20 and taxi charges a flat fee of $ 32 plus tips and Uber is usually around $20.-

Guest access

Guests will be informed about how to access the apartment through a welcome message a couple of days before their trip. Guests can contact me by message, WhatsApp and by phone if necessary.
